This ancient Chinese lady is wearing traditional clothing known as hanfu, which refers to the clothing worn by the Han people. Hanfu has a simple and free-flowing yet elegant style. It is characterized by the "Y" shaped cross collar, no buttons, and a cloth belt tied around the waist. Hair ornaments are also important components of hanfu. Ladies combed their hair in various styles of coils and/or buns and adorned it with ornaments such as jewels, hairpins, and flowers.
This artistic collection of Baoding Balls is hand painted with finer detail and uses more colors than classic Baoding Balls. Like a Chinese scroll painting, you can see the brush strokes that create the picture. The set is protected by a coat of enamel which gives them a durable surface and shine. Comes in a gift box.
