| Description |
As you use Baoding Balls to exercise and improve dexterity in your hand, you may be interested in an exerciser capable of more resistance. The powerball is the high tech version of a hand exercising ball. The ball is about the size of a tennis ball and contains a balanced gyroscopic exerciser. As you rotate the ball with your wrist, the gyro inside the ball creates a gyroscopic force generating heavy resistance against your hand, wrist, arm, and upper body. You control the amount of resistance by altering the speed of rotation. The powerball makes a great tool and has been used by physiotherapists for rehabilitation and sport trainers as a training aid. Note: Unlike the Baoding Balls, powerballs are sold individually (not in pairs).

Dynaflex Powerball
Price: $32.95 to $34.95
The Dynaflex Powerball is the most advanced model It is rated to reach up to 18,000 RPM, create up to 40 pounds of torque resistance, and works with the optional speed meter. It also contains an internal generator that powers an LED light which glows brighter as the speed increases.
Dynaflex Pro Plus
Price: $24.95
The Pro Plus is the middle model. It is rated to reach up to 11,000 RPM, create up to 30 pounds of torque resistance and is compatible with the optional speed meter.
Dynaflex Pro
Price: $19.95
This is the most basic model which is rated up to 9,000 RPM and can create up to 25 pounds of torque resistance.
