What size ball should I get?
The sizes listed on the website are the diameter of each ball. To figure out the total length of a pair of balls, you double the listed size. For example, a 40mm set would be 80mm across in the palm of your hand. Here is a conversion list from millimeters to inches:
2 35mm balls = 2.75 inches across
2 40mm balls = 3.15 inches across
2 45mm balls = 3.54 inches across
2 50mm balls = 3.93 inches across
2 55mm balls = 4.33 inches across
For beginners, we suggest a pair that will not exceed the width of your palm.
What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item, you may do so upto 14 days after receiving the item. The product must be in
new and resellable condition. We will
refund you the purchase price but shipping fees are non refundable. Please contact us
for a return authorization code and instructions on returning your product. Returns without RMA numbers are assessed a 15% restocking fee
and may delay your refund.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping and handling is calculated during the checkout processes. US ground shipping starts at $3.99 for one set. The rate will be determined by the weight of the order and the shipping carrier. You will
be able to review your order total with the shipping before confirming your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international orders by credit card and PayPal. We will require the package to be registered mail for some countries. We will contact you if your order requires a registered mail fee.
When does my order ship?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing orders. We will contact you regarding your order if there will be a
delay with your order beyond 3 days.
What are the payment options?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Expess, and Discover credit cards through our shopping cart. We also
accept PayPal.
Is the price for one ball or two balls?
The Baoding Balls are sold in pairs. Except for the Powerballs, each order of Baoding Balls comes with two balls.
