What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item, you may do so upto 14 days after receiving the item. The product must be in
new and resellable condition. We will
refund you the purchase price but shipping fees are non refundable. Please contact us
for a return authorization code and instructions on returning your product. Returns without RMA numbers are assessed a 15% restocking fee
and may delay your refund.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping and handling is calculated during the checkout processes. US ground shipping starts at $3.99 for one set. The rate will be determined by the weight of the order and the shipping carrier. You will
be able to review your order total with the shipping before confirming your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
When does my order ship?
Orders usually ship by next business day unless the order contains a backordered item. If an order will be delayed
we will contact you to let you know and see if you want to modify the order.
What are the payment options?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Expess, and Discover credit cards through our shopping cart. We can also
accept PayPal payments by sending you a PayPal invoice if you contact us with the items you want to order.
