I got him the small ones as he’s a beginner, I myself have the solid steel ones for physical therapy reasons but he absolutely loves them and practices with them every day.

Great quality for the price! My daughter tried them for the first time and accidentally dropped one onto a tile floor. We cringed when we heard the Baoding Ball strike the ground. It bounced like a marble and rolled for a short distance.

Love the design and quality, worth the price without a doubt. They came in okay packaging and we found a few scrapes and scratches on a couple and a tiny chip in one. The ringing is not perfect. They work well, though. I knew going in they weren’t the best this store has to offer. I’m glad I purchased them when I did — I’m thinking I might get them for everyone in my family as small gifts this winter.
So would purchase again but if I want perfect I’d go for the higher quality sets.
Doing the exercise feels good on my compromised wrist and tendons.
