They’re nice and heavy, and very shiny too. But make no mistake. Despite what it says on the page, chrome does chip, and even peel off under the right circumstances, provided of course that the balls don’t have a nickel plating underneath the chrome. But even then, it will eventually chip.

Love how heavy and big these balls are. Very relaxing.

The baoding balls are excellent. I use them whenever I am watching TV. I can really feel the difference in the muscle tone in my forearms and they really help with the arthritis in my fingers.

As ACDC once sung, "We've got the biggest / balls of them all!" These are big, heavy, shiny baoding balls. You might call them amazeballs. I love them. They are excellent for hand strengthening, like a baoding ball workout.

At first, I found them challenging to move about, being used to a light wooden pair. But after a couple of days, I had already adjusted and my wood ones felt comically light. I only use these heavy chrome balls for a few minutes in each hand though, as they are definitely a hand workout.

These are NOT children's toys, however. They are big and heavy and could definitely destroy a tile floor, break glass, shatter your phone, or break all the bones in your foot if you drop one. So I play only while sitting in bed watching TV. With balls like these, it's safety first.

The pouch or "ball sack" as I like to call it, is a really nice touch, with a felt circle to separate the balls so they don't scratch each other up inside the sack.

Overall, I love playing with my balls. Highly recommend these chrome baoding balls.

I thought I was getting the small tingling balls. I have them to my son (the solid) as he just had carpel tunnel surgery. I would like to order a set of the smallest balls that tingle if possible.
