I have been using my Solid Copper Baoding Balls, I set my alarm to do so, twice a day with a drop of pure sandalwood oil massaged into my hands, while listening to the Gayatri mantra. I definitely felt the purifying aura cleansing of the right hand clockwise rotations of the baoding balls,
