I have several sets of cloisonné baoding balls already. All came in a box for storage. I believe I have one set of that came from you, that included a nice pouch rather than a box. I guess I did not pay enough attention and the 3 sets I just got from you only had a wooden stand. Very disappointing as I now have to find something to store them in.
When they sent me the wrong size balls, the response was quick: no need to return them to us, plus we will send the correct size balls for no extra money! And they did! They look and feel great but be careful with the size you choose. I bought them for my kids and the bigger size is quite big. It’s quite big for myself as well. I would recommend the smaller size for most people.
